NEOVELO offers a large panel of services, principally: e-bike project and Company Mobility Plan. The first activity is about methodology and innovative project management; the second activity is about concrete action and technical knowledge.

My tasks :
Commercial manager in B to B. Elaboration of the commercial strategy, selling process expert, develop and perpetuate client portfolio, financial responsibility for profit center, make sure the strategy is well implemented to achieve the objectives set, reply to invitation to tender. Communication, marketing, organize events and trade shows. Find new partners and suppliers. Develop internal sustainable actions, answer to circular economy subventions, create CSR charter, underline stakeholders, assess the regulation situation, formation by MOOC.
